The federal NPI provider registry (NPPES) — public data on every licensed U.S. healthcare provider. Pulled live, so it's current, not a stale purchased list.
What does "validated" mean?
Every result is checked on the spot: active status, in the state you picked, and a direct phone on file. Inactive, out-of-state, or no-phone records are filtered out before you ever see them.
Is it really free?
